Professional Charges

  • Properties exceeding ₹1 crore: 2% of the sale value, plus 18% GST (total 2.36%)
  •   
  • Properties under ₹1 crore: 3% of the sale value, plus 18% GST (total 3.54%)
  •   
  • The commission is payable upon signing the sale agreement, corresponding to the advance payment received.
  •   
  • The remaining commission is due upon receiving the balance payment at the time of executing the sale deed.

Exclusive Representation (Sole Mandate)

To ensure dedicated service and maximize exposure for your property, we offer exclusive representation, sole mandate for a minimum period of 6 months. This means we will be the sole agent responsible for marketing and selling your property during this timeframe. Any enquiries received directly by you from any prospective buyers/brokers has to be referred to us to ensure a streamlined and professional experience.

Comprehensive Marketing Strategy

We will implement a multi-channel marketing strategy to reach a wide range of potential buyers, including

  • Print advertising: Strategic placement in relevant newspapers
  • Online presence: Listing on major property portals and other relevant online platforms
  • Social media promotion: Targeted campaigns using social media platforms

  • Networking: Reaching out to potential investors, club, forum members, and our network of over 500 agents.

All costs associated with this marketing strategy will be covered by us, ensuring you have peace of mind regarding upfront expenses.

Next Steps

If you find these terms and conditions agreeable, we will gladly verify all property documents & schedule a visit to your property.

Within 7 business days on receipt of required document copies & site visit, we will provide a comprehensive property valuation (appraisal) report along with a detailed discussion about the proposed offer price, marketing strategy and timeline for selling your property.

This meeting will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions and ensure you feel comfortable with the entire process.

Document Process/Expenses

Please note that we will take up the process of documentation and all expenses associated with obtaining or preparing necessary statutory property documents for the sale of the property will be the responsibility of the seller.

Further sale process, we can assist you in the capital gain tax computation, TDS, NRI Repatriation and other allied services.
